If you can carry two bags of shopping up the stairs without stopping, you're probably fit enough. Our instructors tailor every session to the group's abilities, so don't let fitness put you off. You'll need to complete a medical form before attending.
Children aged 8 and over can join most activities. Sit on top kayaking, MEGA SUP and raft building are available from age 6 (under 11s go on a double kayak with an adult). Abseiling and sea level traversing require a minimum age of 12.
For water activities: swimwear, old trainers, shorts to wear over the wetsuit, and optionally a rash vest. For climbing and abseiling: grippy trainers or walking boots. We provide all technical equipment including 5mm wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets and harnesses.
We run sessions in most weather conditions -- we adapt to what the sea and sky give us. If conditions make your chosen activity unsafe, we'll offer you an alternative activity or reschedule for another day. Safety always comes first.
We're AALA licensed and members of the National Coasteering Charter. All our instructors hold NGB qualifications, DBS clearance and up-to-date first aid. Every jump is optional, and sessions are adapted to your group's confidence. We've been doing this longer than anyone else in North Wales.
